No used product will be accepted for return. Any returns must be authorized by EastMed within 30 days of purchase and receipt of product. Please call 1-866-560-5690 and speak with our Continence Care Nurse for an Authorization number.

Examples of Authorized Product Returns are when:

• The tamperproof seal on the retail package is broken at the time of purchase
• The plastic bag around the product is open at the time of purchase
• The product reveals cracks or other defects upon inspection
