Shipping Destinations

EastMed Inc. can ship our products anywhere in Canada that Fedex and CanPar deliver.

Shipping & Handling Costs

EastMed charges a single flat rate for shipping and handling across Canada. The total shipping and handling charges are included in the price of the product.

How are items shipped?

We use two carriers, Fedex in the Atlantic Provinces and CanPar in the rest of Canada.

Delivery Time

It will take approximately 4 to 6 business days for delivery after receipt of your order at EastMed Inc. EastMed can not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Weather and Service Delays

EastMed Inc. and its carriers will make every effort to get your order to you within the estimated delivery times. However, delays due to weather or other unexpected work interruptions are unavoidable from time to time. Please allow l to 2 additional business days for delivery during such times.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund, less shipping charges.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to contact us at 1-866-560-5690 or place a new order on our website.

Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect address. It is critical that the address you provide for delivery includes a full street address and unit number. No Post Office Boxes, please! Also include a phone number so that rural addresses can be verified.
  2. Carrier does not deliver to that area.
  3. Address format was incorrect. Be sure to include all required information in your address.
  4. Failed delivery attempts. Our carriers make several attempts to deliver a package.

How do I cancel or change an order?

You cannot cancel or make changes to an order that has already been delivered or is en route.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If your order is shipped by Fedex and no one is home at the time of the delivery, they will leave a delivery notice for you. You may then check off a box on the delivery notice indicating “no signature required”. If this box is checked off and no one is home at the time of the second delivery attempt by Fedex, they will leave your order for you. If this box is not checked off, and no one is at home at the time of the second delivery attempt, they will return your order to EastMed.

If your order is shipped by CanPar, you must indicate on your order form if a signature is required for delivery. If no signature is required and no one is home at the time of the delivery, CanPar will leave your order for you. If a signature is required, CanPar will try to deliver your order twice but if you are not home on either delivery attempt, they will return your order to EastMed.

How do I return an order?

EastMed Inc. does not accept any product that is opened for return. If you did not receive the correct product or have questions about your order, please call EastMed Inc. at 1-866-560-5690.
